I just wanted to share that yesterday, I auditioned for a concert event called Broadway’s Rising Stars at The Town Hall. I auditioned for the co-director, Scott Coulter, and the first thing he said to me when I walked on stage was that he loved my heads hot. He said it was so vibrant and attractive! It made me feel really good and it got me started on a good note! I’m currently in my final semester at AMDA which is basically a showcase and career prep semester. My Musical Theatre teacher is Emily Skinner (who is the other co-director of the Rising Stars concert). She had the class bring in our headshots and resumes so she could review them and make suggestions. I showed her mine and she really liked it as well. She thought it was a great representation for me! Personally, I love the shot we chose and I always feel like it’s a friendly, honest shot of myself. I know other people that seem to be a little embarrassed of their headshots because it might be too shiny, too glamorous, or too staged. I have been to a few auditions already and I always feel confident with mine. Thanks again for the great session! I hope you’re well. Christina Aranda

The pictures came out fantastic. I'm getting amazing complements from my teachers, and when I audition the directors say " finally a headshot that looks like the person". So I am very pleased with them. And thank you again for working with me. Courtney Daniels

I have just got back from a crazy night at work where I showed many of my colleagues, all of which are artists in some medium or another, my headshots, and everyone loved them! Even people who normally have nothing positive to say, loved them. Now whilst this is of course great to hear, and a big boost to the ego, it is meaningless if I do not feel the same about the end results. So I am writing to you and Sara to say such a HUGE THANK YOU to you both. I absolutely love, love, love the shots. I had such a great day and could not have hoped for a better set of photos to chose from. I very rarely like any picture that is taken of me, professional or not and to have a set of so many that I truly love is a great thing. I obviously have medical issues with my skin that are long standing and cause me to be very self conscience about it and therefore my appearance, so when my skin started to behave like a petulant teenager the last few days I was very concerned about the shoot, and honestly I nearly didn't come. However I'm so glad I did, as you and Sara made the whole experience wonderful. Sara completely put me at ease with my skin and really took care of it, as soon as I sat on the stool I stopped feeling self conscience about my skin, which believe me is not a common thing. Then when we started taking the shots, I again felt at ease as I knew that you would capture me and my essence and not my skin, (hope that makes sense). I could go on all day, but I won't, however I will say one thing, I don't often feel pretty but today, and when looking at the shots I do, so thank you both again. And all of what i just said is why I came back to you guys and is why I will never use anyone else for my headshots. I'm going to tell all my actor friends about you guys. Hope this wasn't too soppy, just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate what you do. C. G.

Hi, Taylor:  I just wanted to thank you for the INCREDIBLE headshot session yesterday afternoon. Both Melanie and I had such a wonderful experience with you and Sara. We were both terribly impressed with your talent, professionalism and - most importantly -- the time and effort you took with us! We were both commenting that in all of our years and past experiences with heads hot photographers, we never met anyone who spent so much time and detail with us! You are a remarkable talent, Taylor, and I feel extremely fortunate to have found you!

Thus far, I've shown some of your work to my friends and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. I already have two friends from work who want your number (I'm glad I took several business cards). I'm certain that there will be many more before I finish showing your work around.
